When diagnosed with Chronic Migraine, marine biologist Beth Francis found the life she loved slipping away around her. But she decided to try and retake control of her health by using the best resource she had available – the sea.
Beth and her partner Andy, made a commitment to swim in the cold sea around their home in North Wales for 100 days. While still pursuing medical treatments for the condition, the pair found remarkable benefits in the water, with the sea helping Beth to cope with her migraines.
100 Days of Vitamin Sea documents this
journey of Beth and Andy, in their attempt to regain health and connect
with the natural environment around them, and their connection to a
community they didn't previously know existed.
