Recovery day.  Early, easy jog on this glorious morning. 

I know it is very easy to overlook this key break; to give my body time to repair and refresh.  The concept is multi-faceted and can include magnesium sulphate baths, earthing sheets, planned nutrition, stretching and also calming approaches such as walking, yoga and meditation. 

Furthermore, reaching out and reconnecting with people; sharing the progress and encouraging others to not only consider joining in but also to sponsor or share their own experiences and tips.

My plan from now until the pool reopens is to run, walk and do yoga; general strength, flexibility and cardio activities.
