The Twelve Swims of Christmas

Not that I planned it this way, but thought it was a neat ending to this challenge.  My focus now is to recover actively, by mainly getting my running shoes back on and out into nature.

An intention and starting are incredibly valuable

One of the most helpful thoughts is to start the night before: get the running or yoga clothing out and just take a step outside or get on the mat. I applaud and praise anyone just starting, turning up, getting outside and so on.

Recovery day. Early, easy jog on this glorious morning. My plan from now until the pool reopens is to run, walk and do yoga.
